WHAT is Compound Kickboxing?
Compound Kickboxing is a full body strength and conditioning striking class that will help you get in the best shape of your life. Classes include a dynamic warm-up, technique instruction. fun cardiovascular training, and a cool down.
These classes are designed for any level from those that have never thrown a punch, to experienced striking students. You will receive personal instruction on stance/movement, proper punching/kicking technique, counter skills, and how to combine all these techniques to fit your personal skillset and ability.
