Josh and Kanani provide the highest level of training a wholesome, Christian and family oriented environment. Regardless of whether your goals are to travel and compete at the highest levels, increase your fitness level, learn to safely defend yourself or just spend time in a healthy activity with your spouse and / or children, you cannot go wrong at Refuge BJJ.
